In 2010, Roberts Plywood installed a large solar power system on their warehouse roof. The solar power system will generate enough electricity to cover most of Roberts Plywood’s annual usage. In addition to their new solar power system, Roberts Plywood is dedicated to preserving our environment. We sell reclaimed wood products, recycle scrap wood into wood chips for landscaping, and support sustainability through membership in organizations such US Green Building Council, and Forest Stewardship Council™. We sell an extensive line of FSC® Certified and NAUF material in flake, MDF, melamine, and plywood.
Plywood
Oak, Reclaimed White Beam Board (on MDF)
Cut from beams of an old 19th century factory in Europe. The veneer is .6 mill and is spliced in a mismatch plank matched pattern. Laminated on MDF with a black dye in the glue line giving the appearance of more depth and texture.
All of our Columbia Forest Products ( Pure Bond) stock is NAUF. Columbia is a leader in
environmental sustainability using soy based (formaldehyde free) glue.
